Nicole is a fellow photographer, so I was very flattered when I received an inquiry to photograph her wedding day. She was originally from the area, but moved out west to be with her fiancé, Nick.
They decided to get married in Auburn, NY at the Chantelle Marie Lakehouse and Celebration Hall. Being out of town, the grounds were great to house the bridal party and family for the weekend. The A-frame house let in beautiful light- every photographer’s dream for stunning getting ready photos.
Meanwhile, the guys were in the other house getting ready!
Nicole’s dad seeing her as a bride!
Nicole and Nick also decided to do a first look (YESSSS!) where there were many happy tears shed!
For the ceremony they had written their own vows… more happy tears <3
Mr. and Mrs. Stinson!
The grounds had many great locations for photographs- I could’ve photographed them all day!
Don’t forget about their puppies! Dressed as bride and groom as well- haha!
Back at the celebration hall the reception was underway, starting with the bride and groom’s first dance, into the father-daughter dance and speeches.
Most of the details, decor, and gifts were DIY! Such a thoughtful and meaningful touch!
Then the night really began!
Spending time with Nick and Nicole on their wedding day- hearing the words spoken in their vows, seeing them interact in the quiet moments and on the dance floor- it was evident that their love was big. We loved being there and getting to know each of them, as well as their family and friends!
XOXO

I went to high school with Nicole. I was pleased to see that you were her photographer, because I knew you would capture all of the memories. Such a beautiful job Bridget!
